A BILL making a supplementary appropriation from the balance of
moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending
the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety- eight, in the bureau of commerce-division of natural
resources, account no. fund 3200, fiscal year 1998,
organization 0310, supplementing and amending the
appropriation for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day
of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-eight.
Whereas, The governor has established that there now remains
an unappropriated balance in the bureau of commerce-division of
natural resources, account no. fund 3200, fiscal year 1998,
organization 0310, available for expenditure during the fiscal
year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-eight; therefor
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-eight, to
account no. fund 3200, fiscal year 1998, organization 0310, be
supplemented and amended by increasing the total appropriation by
one hundred forty-three thousand dollars in the line item as
follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement this account in the budget act for the fiscal year
ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-eight, by adding one hundred forty-three thousand dollars
to the existing appropriation for endowment fund-Ohio river
fisheries management/research for expenditure during the fiscal
year one thousand nine hundred ninety-eight.
